Rank: games and win rate together. Builds are ordered by the lead over games of the same length times games ÷ (games + 30,000), so a build with few games gets less credit for its lead. Number under each icon: win rate difference against items at the same price. Games in this build where the item was bought are compared with games of the same length (5-min steps), then the average of items at the same price is taken away. Expensive items are bought more in games with Souls to spare (winning ones), so only items at the same price are compared. Click an item for its effects and full stats. Win rates shown are for the build group, not for holding all 12 items of the final build at once.

"New player pick" is the style with the highest win rate among those used in 15% or more of games. Win rates also reflect skill gaps, so within 2%p is about even. At first, buy the picked style in order; once comfortable, fit in counter items for the enemy comp.

Abilities

1. Pain Battery 28m

Taking any damage passively charges up your Pain Battery. Once full, activating the ability fires multiple shocking bolts, dealing spirit damage once per target.

Against it: Long fights charge his battery, so burst him down at once

2. Jumpstart

Deal spirit damage to yourself. Then, gain bonus regeneration and bonus move speed, decaying over time.

Against it: Victor speeds up after Jumpstart, so avoid risky chases

3. Aura of Suffering Radius 8m

Unleash pain, dealing spirit damage over time to both enemies and yourself. The damage continues to increase the longer the ability is channeled, up to a maximum amount.

Against it: Fight outside the aura's range

4. Shocking Reanimation Radius 18m

Release a wave after taking lethal damage, applying a diminishing slow. After a brief channel you reanimate, dealing spirit damage and applying stun to nearby enemies.

Against it: Back away when he gets back up after you down him

Gun
Victor's gun

Single shot · Ammo 24 · 5.1 bullets/sec · DPS 61 · full damage to 20m, minimum from 58m

Playing against

  • When the aura is on, keep away so Victor drains himself
  • A revive stun comes right after he falls, so don't rush in
  • The battery charges as he takes hits, so trade short and hard

Counter items

HealbaneSpirit Resilience

Strengths

  • Ultimate brings him back from lethal damage
  • Aura of Suffering keeps chipping nearby enemies
  • Jumpstart gives regen and move speed

Weaknesses

  • His abilities damage himself too
  • Gets hit for free when poked from range
  • Falls again to focus right after reviving

Game plan

Laning

Pressure Troopers and enemies with Aura of Suffering and heal with Jumpstart.

Mid game

Get health items, hold the front in team fights with the aura and chip enemies.

Late game

Trust Shocking Reanimation, dive deep and soak up the enemy's focus.

Power spikes

After Shocking Reanimation, he comes back from deadly spots to fight back. With health and regen items, he can keep Aura of Suffering up for long.

With them on your team

  • Add damage from behind while Victor holds with the aura
  • Hit enemies stunned by the revive right away
